Objectives of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication is to develop proposals for realization of economic reforms based on analytical data by conducting analyses and researches on macro - and micro - economic levels directed to ensuring sustainable economic development of the country, as well as prepare mid – and long-term forecasts, provide government authorities and agencies with the same and organize promotion of the achievements made by the Republic of Azerbaijan in various sectors of the economy.
Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan (Azərbaycan Skautlar Assosiasiyası) was founded on 11th of October 1997, when Namik Jafarov, the former president of association gathered the first members of the new movement and pitched the first scout camp in Nabran (Northern region of Azerbaijan).

Unlike the world’s great seaports, the prominent commercial cities of Central Eurasia have historically been land-based hubs. It took months and even years for the ancient Silk Road traders to travel between Europe and Asia, and Central Eurasia’s hubs served as critical regional logistics and distribution centers. Each of them had a number of caravansarais, where goods and ideas exchanged hands, and people and cultures met and mixed. These trading centers were connected with other regional hubs and megacities through a vast network of corridors across Eurasia and the Middle East. The Silk Road corridors were for centuries the source of prosperity for many nations in Central Eurasia.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to establish the Baku International Multiculturalism Center on May 15 2017 year. The executive order underlined the need to promote Azerbaijan worldwide as an example of tolerance and to make analysis of compatibility of social, political and other aspects of multicultural models of other countries with the multicultural environment of Azerbaijan, Azertag state news agency reported.
The main objective of the Baku Olympic Stadium is the creation of the complex, which will be favorite place for everyone, regardless of age, occupation and areas of interest. Baku Olympic Stadium is the biggest stadium of Caucasus with capacity 68,700 and 7th best stadium of the world (by StadiumDB).
The Project Implementation Unit of the program of Global Fund against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
The Global Fund granted programs are being implemented in the country for 5 years. Programs work in close partnership with government and non-government organizations, international agencies in realizing measures to fight AIDS epidemic and mitigate its negative influence in the society. State Land Committee was established on July 17, 1992 upon Decree 54 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 1996 SLC began to implement within the republic the land reforms started by great statesman Heydar Aliyev in 1992, while heading Supreme Assembly of Autonomous Republic of Nakhchyvan, in Shurut and Gal villages of Julfa district of Autonomous Republic. State Land Committee and State Geodesy and Mapping Committee were annulled in 2001 as a result of structure reforms carried out in country and in base of them State Land and Mapping Committee was founded upon Decree 460 of 18 April 2001 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Baku Customs was founded in 1809 in accordance with the Russian Empire Senate on January 25, 1807 decree and joined to the Astrakhan customs department. In July 31, 1831 according of the "Customs administration Regulations on the Transcaucasian countries” was passed to subordination of the Caucasus customs area and since 1832 got its name "The Baku customs warehouse".

The Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a non-governmental, independent, self-regulating organization including all lawyers and established for non-profit purposes. The Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan is the legal successor of the Bar Association, which operated under the "Regulations on the Advocacy of the Azerbaijan SSR", approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan SSR dated November 13, 1980.
The main objective of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan is to protect the rights and freedoms of every person, protected by law, to provide them with professional, high quality, honest legal assistance and to enhance the prestige of the legal profession.
The organization and activity of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan is governed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Lawyers and Lawyers activity” and the Charter of the Bar Association approved by it.
