Services of the Software Support include the following items:
- Consulting services on working with software;
- Modification of existing software configuration items (documents, reports, etc.);
- Installing and configuring software on user workstations and servers;
- Installing and configuring of trade equipment on user workstations;
- Software database support (backup, testing and correction of database, etc.);
The following items are not included to the Software Support:
- Consulting on accounting organization in the company;
- Manual entry of accounting records of organization (directories, documents, etc.) in database;
- Development of new software configuration items (documents, reports, etc.);
- Integration with third-party software systems;
- Training courses for new users;
- Maintenance of peripheral equipment unrelated to the software (computers, printers, network equipment, etc.);
- Maintenance of other software (operating system, office software and etc.);
